LBS SERVICES GLOBAL LTD (operating as LOL Boosts) provides digital in-game services including rank boosting, duo boosting, coaching, placement matches, and other services for games such as League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics (TFT), and Valorant.

All services are non-tangible digital goods.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account or have permission to use it. You voluntarily provide account access where required and are responsible for maintaining account security.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect account details or customer interference during service.

Our services may violate the Terms of Service of game publishers such as Riot Games.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that your account may be suspended or banned. We are not liable for any penalties, bans, or losses. You use our services at your own risk.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

Under EU law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital purchases.

By purchasing and requesting immediate service execution, you explicitly agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the service has started.

Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are provided once the service has started.

If the order has not started, you may request a 55% refund or full store credit.

If we are unable to complete your order, you will receive a partial refund or store credit for the unfinished portion.

You agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or disputes. Please contact us first to resolve any issue.

We reserve the right to suspend services and provide evidence to payment providers in case of fraudulent disputes.

All completion times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to game conditions, server issues, or player availability.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update services, or modify content at any time without prior notice.

All website content, branding, and materials are the property of LBS SERVICES GLOBAL LTD and may not be used without permission.

LOL Boosts is not affiliated, endorsed, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We are not liable for account bans, loss of rank, virtual items, or indirect damages. Services are provided "as is".

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services without notice if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
