Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All services provided by LOL Boosts are digital and non-tangible. Once a service has started, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. Before Service Starts
If your order has not yet started, you are eligible for either a 55% refund or full store credit.
3. After Service Starts
Once a booster has been assigned or the service status is marked as "In Progress", refunds are no longer possible.
4. Partial Completion
If an order cannot be completed, customers will receive a proportional refund or store credit based on the remaining work.
5. EU Withdrawal Waiver
By purchasing and requesting immediate execution, you explicitly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU law.
6. Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. If you experience an issue, you must contact support first.
We provide full evidence of service delivery (chat logs, timestamps, progress) to payment providers in case of disputes.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Service already started
- Customer provided incorrect account details
- Account restrictions or bans
- Customer interference during boosting
